What is your question?
It happens at low or high speeds, engine temperature varies - soon after starting or being driven for an hour.

It's the theft deterrent system. Should be able to find the cause or issue by scanning the control module for the history codes. Well check that out, it's still the same issue!
Yes it starts up after about a minute. It was suggested it may be carbon build up on the intake manifold.
Yes. Most recently was last night. I was driving home from an event 30 miles away and was about 1 mile from the exit into my home town so I had been driving for about 15-20 minutes at a speed of 70 miles per hour. I was not using the cruise control.
Now does it start back up ok? While i agree it is going to have to be scan tested to find this trouble, i think the stalling issue is in the power control system!
