The noise is only when going over bump or a bumpy road
Still thinking it is sway bar links and/or bushings. There is some possibility it could be strut bearings/mounts. Have a good front end shop inspect it.
Like between 25 to 30 and it a rattling sound or if your go down a really bumpy road you can hear a rattling noise coming from the wheel area. no noise when turning just when your driving down the road and you hit a bump the rattle sound appears
