Why would you think it's the PCM?????.. REMOVE BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE!!!.. Clean and tighten ALL connections from battery positive to starter AND the cable at the starter... Possible fuse link at starter solenoid has failed.. Get hands-on help it you don't know what to look for!
