Yes they have. There is a video from other country shows that the car was trying to park then it went unexpected backward then drive. I think the driver was trying to stop or it was then became unexpected forward.

SURE^^~ We are still waiting for progressive to call me back for the repair and double check again. We should just go other place first since Insurance is cover for it. Just in case, there are ppl online who have similar problem all said don't give the car back to BMW. Check first.... we thought Insurance wasn't cover that and it will be pricey to do a mechanic overall check... =(
