I out a brand new battery in bout a month ago car was just running fine the other day and now it doesnt fire up .. it cranks bit does not turn on
Sorry your language is different than a technician, not turn on means no power. Will not start is what I understand you're saying. The symptom you suggested of low idle could be caused by different causes, the main one I think of no fuel problem, that doesn't mean there is no fuel in your car, just not enough fuel pressure to let it start and continue running. It needs to be tested by a qualified technician to be sure.
