My 2.7L billows thick white clouds of smoke,smells like oil,not coolant whats up

It has 77K with manual trans.Seams to run ok but can't drive it,the is blinding.

Get it to the shop NOW & have your oil seperator replaced!
I was told,.."had u not stopped immediately when the check engine light came on
