I changed all O2 sensors, and EGR valve about 9 months ago before finding a vacuum leak. CAT is not rattling. Any ideas?

What makes you think it's running too lean?

it was throwing a code for a too lean condition

Oh ok, you just didn't list any of the lean codes is why i ask!! It's possible one of the coils may be breaking down causing misfire.,.
