Does power flow from ignition switch to fuse box or from fuse box to ignition sw

air/heater blower and electric window fuses are dead. wire from ignition switch to fuses is dead.

Usually the fuse bow will power the ignition switch, then the ignition switch would power the ignition , or key on circuits.
