Scanner reads the following codes PO171-bank 1 to lean, PO172-bank 1 to rich, PO174-bank 2 to lean, PO-175-bank 2 to rich, P2187-bank 1 to lean, P2188-bank 1 to rich, P2189-to lean at idle, P2199- to rich at idle. Replaced air filter, checked for vacuum leaks(none)and cleaned throttle body and MAF sensor, not sure where to go from there, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the cannister purge valve for sticking open. When there are fuel vapors to draw, it can make the engine too rich, when there are no vapors to draw it can make the engine too lean (vacuum leak).
First, thanks for info, found a cracked vacuum hose, changed out cleared codes, took for ride check engine light came back on, showing codes P0171, P0174, P2187 and P2189, all say Bank 1 & 2 running lean now, any other suggestions on this.
