Changed Battery but car won't start,horn windows wipers headlights work Help???

Check the BIG fuses in the black box under the hood.... from what i read you hooked the battery up wrong at first.... that most likely popped one of these fuses! ... If no luck with that... get some hands-on help.

IF the horn honked then maybe that was security system. What colors are the cables and which color is attached to the + terminal on the battery?
