What is your question?
I purchased a 2001 Saturn sl manual transmission and it had the check engine light on so I took it to autozone for an OBDII and the codes came out to change the o2 sensor in the front so i do they tell me to drive 50 miles for it to go off but the problem only worsened in 5th gear it would shake very roughly and the next day the check engine light started blinking and the car would lag in first and second gear so I took it back to autozone the next day to do another reading and it gave us a laundry list of codes now the car lags going uphill and sometimes only goes about 30 to 40 mph can someone please help me

This is no longer a DIY repair! .. Continued operation with flashing check engine light will result in catalytic converter damage which can get pretty expensive! http://repairpal.com/repair-shops
never buy a vehicle with the check or service engine soon light on! also Autozone did their job, they sold you a part that you didn't need, plus that code DOES NOT mean REPLACE the 02 sensor! they are good at that.never drive a vehicle with the check engine light blinking/flashing,have it towed to a repair shop,ASAP! now you have a multiple cylinder miss fire, probably a P0300 or P0316. if you have been driving it with the engine light blinking, then you have probably destroyed the catalytic converter and probably will need replaced, could be $500.00-$1000.00 or more.
