1997 mazda b2300 pickup blowing oil out from somewhere during extreme cold.
What is your question?
Where is oil blowing out of during extreme cold weather? I can not tell where it is coming from. Fan pulley was not turning when I went out to warm up truck. I shut truck off and restarted it and the pulley began to turn. On the way to work radiator heater hose busted and oil began to blow out from somewhere. Where is it coming from? Please help.
From that crack where the engine block froze and busted from lack of a strong enough mixture of ANTIFREEZE!!! Even in SC. That's the reason the fan was not turning also, it was frozen! I hope i am wrong but is it a good possibility i am not! Are you sure the coolant leak you have now is indeed a hose?
Yes, I can see the busted heater/radiator hose. I had antifreeze in it. The truck will still start. Im going to repair the hose and go from there. I hope the block is not cracked.

Me too!!
Is there a way to tell for certain if the block is cracked or not? If I cant visually see a crack?
Just have to look around below the cylinder head on the sides of the engine block.
