What is your question?
Says it has a clean title but other than that there is no info on any issues.

There's not enough information there to answer the question. What year the X5 is would make a difference (i.e., before or after 2007); what is the intended use of the car; and how much do you have to pay? And certainly I'd recommend getting a Pre-Purchase Inspection by a BMW specialist. They'll know what to look for.
IF you are buying it from a used car lot, I would say a definite "NO". IF you are buying it through a 'private seller', then I would seriously question the lack of maintenance records (and STILL say NO). At that mileage, I would prepare for some major maintenance/repairs very soon. As has been suggested , have it inspected by an unbiased BMW specialist (if that's possible), and be able to take it for a nice leisurely 'joy ride' (test drive), of at least 2 hours, and see how it does. If the 2 hour drive request is declined by the seller, then again, I would suspect hidden issues! Good luck!
I haven't requested any maintenance information because I wanted to see if it was even worth looking at. I know nothing about these cars. I just want it so that I can take it to Tahoe. It would probably just stay in my garage for the majority of the time since I live in a downtown area and don't need to drive much. The add says "recent maintenance paperwork and well kept" I apologize for the lack of information. However, I do appreciate the responses.
