Jeep worked fine in the morning started right up, smooth ride. Got to my destination turned off the jeep went in, came out about 10 minutes later. Jeep wouldnt start. Didn’t even make the sound like it was trying to turn over. Had interior lights, headlights. But nothing else worked. 20 minutes went by and it started right up. Drove it for about 20 minutes. Went to another store was in for about 15 minutes came out to the same problem only now it’s sitting in a parking lot because it won’t start. No radio, no power windows.you can remote start it but when you put the key in it doesn’t seem to recognize the key in the ignition. Replaced the battery in the key - still no change. Checked the battery in jeep it was fine. Checked both sets of fuses all working fine.

Shift from park and back a little more forcefully try starting.
Can also try starting engine with shifter in the NEUTRAL position.
Possible park neutral safety switch malfunction.
