wipers just stop or only work sporadically most times.

What is your question?

the wipers do not work right most of the time. no matter if just using washer or in a storm. I'm afraid they will quit in na bad storm. If I jiggle the turn signal switch they start working for awhile. Does any one else have this problem?

Mechanic needs to check it while the wipers are inop. May be switch OR wiper motor, when you "jiggle" the switch it also can pulse signal to the motor and restart it if it is acting up!
