Check the retainer nuts at the bottom of the wiper arms. Pop up the plastic cover and see if they are loose. If so, be sure wiper switch is off with key on, this will park the wiper motor, turn key back off! Then park the wipers correctly and tighten the retainer nuts back up! Did you leave them on and they froze to the windshield then you started the vehicle next morning? Just wondering how this happened so others will know.

another question for you if you don't mind. Heater/AC blower fan will not turn off and is running on high at all settings. would this be a bad resistor or something else
Both not parked correct. The driver side is at about 8 o'clock and passenger at 4 o'clock. Also when I turn wipers on they don't move, may be stuck
