Why would blower motor only work when i use the auto start?

What is your question?

My heater blower motor works fine with auto start but as soon as I transfer it off or start it regularly the heater blower wont run.

Get in vehicle and press the push to start button without depressing brake pedal - press the button again without depressing brake pedal - will heater blower turn on now? This procedure turns the ignition switch to the ON position - not concerned with starting engine at this time.
