What is your question?
As long as I don't have any of the three turned on, the car runs like a dream, but the minute I turn on the air conditioner, heater, or defroster, the idle is still normal but the car won't go anywhere. It just drifts as if it were in neutral. I did have it put on a computer, and it came out with throttle assembly, but I don't know what that would have to do with the issue. It is really hot out there, so I would like to get it fixed asap but I want to make sure I am getting the right thing fixed. I don't have the diagnostic codes any more.

Are you old enough to know what a 'neutral drop' was? IF so , then you might get this , Mind you , this is coming from Honda experience ...not sure about GM software , if the PCM detects the 'throttle position sensor' reading is to high (whatever their pre-determined value for that is) it will not allow the trans to engage. For example if idle in gear the TPS is supposed to be .49V or less and it sees a value of .70V , it electronically prevents the trans from engaging to prevent damage. Hope that made sense , as to what the throttle assembly has to do with it. Good luck.
Thank you. That helps a lot... What is your suggestion as to how to fix it? I am not using the a/c, heater, or defroster right now. When I take it to the repair shop, what should I tell them as far as what to look for?
My suggestion is to let them know (and SHOW them if needed) ALL symptoms and conditions ....then let them do their job. IF they give you a diagnosis ask them if they guarantee it , or if it would just be $$ out of your pocket if they don't fix it(you might want to re-phrase that , but I think you understand what I mean).
