Why may the front end tire shake/wobble after around 20 mph? Tires are balanced.

I'm sure you already done The solution to your question, but if you didn't yet. Sounds like a broken tire bead(steel belt inside tires). Just bring it to a place like Pep Boys,Monroe Muffler or pretty much any shop that does tire rotations,fluid changes and/or alignments. Good luck
