What is your question?
While the engine is running I removed the wire from cylinder number 3, 4, 5, and 7 one at a time and all together and there was no changes to the performance of the engine.( It didn't idle down or cut off) It just idle'd the same as if though i did not remove the wire.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's the same weather it is cold or warm the year is a 1985
How long has your 1999 Ford F-150 had this problem?
The motor was rebuild about 15 years ago and I am just putting it together now

The engine was rebuilt 15 years ago and it has been sitting in the garage since I am putting it back together now and i haven't taken it for a drive yet. but it seems to idle's well until i put it in drive and it act like it want to die down and it shakes when I accelerate it.
‘Stale’ gas still in system - fuel injectors clogged - rodent damaged wiring - vacuum leaks - After sitting for that long - no way to guess at it. *Hands-on* testing is required .. Test ignition spark - firing order - fuel delivery - compression. Good luck!
All the gas is new no stale gas no vacuum leaks and all wires are new with the plugs and it is not fuel injection it's carburetor and that was just rebuilt also so everything is in good working condition I made sure of that.
