Why is my 2002 Chevy trailblazer LT is my oil pump going out?

Hello, either the oil pressure sending unit or the electrical circuit for the unit has a concern, or the base engine oil pressure is of concern. Testing is required to verify and validate proper engine oil pressure, and then checking the sending unit and wiring will be needed.

IF the oil pressure switch must be replaced on this vehicle - make certain it is a genuine GM part! Have had problems with aftermarket.
