why does my radio has no service - FM, AM or XM (which is paid) also my data keeps going in and out

We noticed that our data was very spotty and I've called On-Star many times. They keep trying to fix it but it hasn't worked - still intermittent. Last week the XM radio cut out on my husband coming home from work and then this weekend we took a trip and it hasn't worked for 2 days. We tried just FM radio but get nothing but static there. All lights are working so there is power to the radio - just receiving no signals. Thank you!
