Why does my front end vibrate when I go around a curve?

When I'm driving over 45 mph and go through a curve that bears left, the front end vibrates.

I guess I should have been more specific. I need to know what the "several issues" are before I take it to a mechanic.

could be rack and pinion or tie rod ends
