Why does my air conditioner only work when I am accelerating at high speeds?

What is your question?

Air conditioner doesn’t blow any air unless I am in a highway where I’m running over 55 mph . Even at this it only blows very little air

What makes this problem better or worse?

It worsen when I don’t press on the gas
