where is the cigarette lighter fuse?

The passenger compartment fuse panel is located below the steering wheel (left side). Fuse #3 (20Amp) is for the Cigar Lighter. Check the owner's manual; http://repairpal.com/automobile-owners-manuals-online
Under the dash on the lower left had side (drivers side and above the hood latch) is a covered fuse pannel with a plastic molded handel. The cover pulls forward and down, and it comes off. It has a track and two side plastic pins to line up when you put it back on. Be careful taking it off as it is plastic. I think the Cigaret lighter fuse is in this cluster. The other fuse cluster is under the hood on the drivers side attached to the wheel well and to the right of the brake booster. There is a plastic cover over the plastic fuse box and a little plastic clip at the front (toward the firewall side) to unhook and lift the hinged cover. That's where you can add a relay for charging and trailer hook-ups, headlights, etc. Both Fuse pannels have a legend in the lid that will tell you which fuse is for the lighter or other things. I think it's a 15 or 20 amp fuse for the lighter.
the aux.fuse is under the hood.mine was blown, cant remember which one but i think it is a 15 amp mini or 20 amp mini.
