White smoke coming from under hood, resevior full to the top and there's coolant everywhere
What makes this problem better or worse?
Just stays thick and white

When engine has cooled - check for 'possible' radiator cap failure .. From that point - qualified 'hands-on' inspection will be required for there are certainly more possibilities. The "white smoke coming from under hood" is 'steam' resulting from coolant coming in contact with hot engine//components.
