where is the fuse for the license plate lights

the bulbs are fine and the owners manual doesnt list license plate fuse location and none of the fuse boxes lists them

they should be on the same circuit as the head lights,parking lights.should be hot at all times,maybe a 15 amp fuse.

the headlights and parking lights work

using a volt meter turn them on,check for power at the sockets.set the meter on the 20 volt DC scale.
