What is your question?
The Camshaft sensor exhaust bank 2 went out on my 2012 gmc Arcadia. We have the part but can not find how to put it in and making sure it's going in the right place. I'm 8 & 1/2 months pregnant and my boyfriend is not know anything about cars. We just need help telling us how to get it put in and we can do it. Just need to make sure it's going in right and we are taking it off right. Cause where we think it is it looks like we have to take the motor mount off. ???? But that doesn't seem right. Then someone else said it's by the fire wall. ???? So I'm not sure. Please help I'm on vacation for the week and we need to get it back on the Rd in 4 days so I can go to a doctor's appointment and I don't have money to take it to a shop. What really sucks is I have only had this car for not even 6months and no warranty on it. Please help me.
How long has your 2012 GMC Acadia had this problem?
Happened on happened on Wednesday 3 miles from home. Then drove it to the barn and has been there ever since.

There are four camshaft position sensors located on the front of the cylinder heads .. Bank # 2 exhaust camshaft position sensor is the one located on the front of the cylinder head that's closest to front of vehicle - this sensor is also the one closest to the front of vehicle. Good luck!
