Where is pcv located on this model would faulty pcv valve cause surge

I know it will or could cause oil consumption or loss but do u think it would cause the surge under hard acceleration. its really noticeable in normal automatic mode but not as bad when using manual automatic mode.

It could cause a lean code and depending on the severity of the leak for the surge.

Where could I find specs and what kind of special tools would I need to check crank case press.
