When on the air conditioning goes through cycles of heavy breathing

What is your question?

Turn on ac. It runs normal for a minute then there is a short period of 5-10 seconds where it sounds like heavy breathing. Then it's back to normal for 5-10 seconds before the heavy breathing returns. This continues back and forth. The car had just been serviced and the evaporator and heating core were replaced before this started.

Nothing. It is constant whether the fan is on low, medium or hi,
