whats the correct pressure reading on gas pump for Toyota sequoia 02 ?

Did you ever consider a toyota dealer or factory manual for specs? Also is pressure consistent when pressure regulator is disconnected or does it change? what does the pressure reading do after shut off for at least 5 minutes?....What issue are you diagnosing...? starting? drivability?
