What would cause brake fluid to leak out above gas tank.

Would that cause abs braking problems too? My abs kicks in every time I break and there is a jerk when I come to a compete stop. But now I have the leak to go along with that. Just trying to find the stem of the problem verse putting a band aide on it. Thank you.

Obviously the leak has got to be fixed first!!.. The line will need to be replaced...Then IF an ABS problem still exist.. Have system scan tested!!
