what would cause #1 cylinder not to be firing

Air/fuel/spark -- You state you changed the injector , but not clear , was it changed before the misfire started or after and there was no change? if you pull the wire (just enough to create a small gap) while running , do you hear a good spark and then move it far enough away from the plug , does the engine sound change? This may be a start.......... whatever.............
