What should we try now after replaced, throttle,2 coils, all 6 spark plugs?

The 3.7L V/6 is notorious for dislodged exhaust valve seats - this would account for engine misfire and the ticking noise.. Valve cover removal will reveal this problem as the rocker arm will be laying off to the side of the affected valve. A compression test is highly recommended. Good luck!
