what should i torque my new aluminum rims and wheel spacers/adapters to on my 92 f150

The only answer we can give is the recommended FACTORY wheel lug nut torque specifications.. YOU can find that in the owners manual .. Wheel/Adapter supplier or installer should provide any information needed for safe operation!.. Now I do strongly suggest re-checking the lug nuts after driving a few miles to be sure they do NOT loosen up, that can possibly happen with any new 'aftermarket' wheels & lug nuts.
