If you do not have any significant oil leaks or consumption, I recommend Mobil1 high mileage full synthetic. I change it annually because I usually drive 2k miles per year. Project Farm youtube channel did a thorough test of lab samples testing for chemical analysis and other tests and concluded that low mileage per year doesn't significantly affect oil quality.
