The 'charging device' for each particular item being charged is responsible for sending the correct voltage & current 'from' the power source to said item .... Just like plugging the correct charging device into a 120 volt wall outlet inside the house... IF you use the correct charger for the item being charged then no worries! ...... As for the output of the cigarette lighter socket inside the car, there is 12 to 14 volts DC & approx 20 (fused) amps of current which = 20,000 milliamps .. That is *far more* than enough needed to charge the items you posted.
