what is causing the wind noise on my jeep compass

What is your question?

the noise sounds starts when the vehicle reaches 50mph and gets louder the faster you go. It appears to be from the front passenger door. it sounds like the window or door is slightly ajar. Visually the door is lined up correctly, seals are in good condition and window is fully closed.
