initial start up bottom end rattles, plenty of oil takes a few seconds to build pressure but light never stayed on. Light came on. Did a pressure check. After rattles stop its at around 60psi. Replaced the pressure switch and the oil light still flashes.

Hello, first, if your "bottom end rattles", that's not positive! Any time you have metallic noise / knocking noise in the engine, damage is occurring. It sounds like real oil starvation has caused a serious bottom end engine problem with your vehicle. What is the oil pressure when the rattle is happening? Specification for oil pressure for this engine is about 18.8 PSI with the engine at 1000 RPM at operating temperature (about 230 degrees F). 60 seems high, honestly. When was the last oil and filter change? What is the grade of oil that you are using?
Sludge build up in oil pan is suspect.. Don’t have the time to explain how that can cause this problem.. Good luck!
