What is causing left signal bulb to burn out twice in one week?

What is your question?

Had it replaced at Jiffy Lube,and it burned out before I could get home. They replaced it right away. Now one week later it burned out again. I drive the East Coast beltways and feel that no turn signal really jeopardizes my safety.Any suggestions?
