what does reduce engine power light mean

have a machine to check that myself it said something about fuel mixture what do i do with this code and how do i fix it

there are 3 codes. first code is: P1221 manufacturer control fuel air metering. the next code is: P1635 auxiliary inputs and auxiliary outputs. the last code is: P1271 manufacturer control fuel air metering.

have seen where folks clean the throttle body and it works/fixes it(removed) it to clean.also seen people replace to fix it,hope not,try cleaning it first.

What if after you clean the throttle body the reduced engine power light won't go off. We've read the codes and nothing is helping.
