What is your question?
I have put a new blower motor in and new resistor but yet 2 days later it burned up again. I have replaced the resistor and wiring harness about 6 times in the past year?
What makes this problem better or worse?
I don’t know
How long has your 2001 Dodge Dakota had this problem?
The past 2 years

I would expect that something in the system is creating excessive heat. Is the blower motor drawing too much current? is the wiring connector compromised? Physical inspection and use of a DVOM is needed to try and troubleshoot the circuit.
I agree ... One more thing that may be important is the quality of the parts used. (“Current†- as mentioned - is not the same as voltage - testing with a dvom is required)

Ok thank u. I have not us a DVOM on it
