What is your question?
Unsteady idle/stalling, reading codes P0171 P1450 P2195 P2197 P0174 P0300
What makes this problem better or worse?
When I come to a stop, I put one for on the brake and give a little gas to keep it steady
How long has your 2003 Ford Expedition had this problem?
The past few weeks is when the idle started going wacky, the fuel tank vacuum has been on for over a year with no issues. 2/11/2020 only the vacuum and sensors were popping up, now the others are popping up.

Likely a vacuum leak problem - however there are certainly other possibilities.. Systematic *hands-on* testing will be required to pinpoint the culprit. Good luck!
This engine / vehicle is also known for a PCV hose issue that can cause lean codes. Worth looking at. But as Pushrod said...
Mass air flow sensor ‘may need’ attention - both banks lean. Possibly insufficient fuel pressure / delivery. Possible EVAP system malfunction. The list goes on... It’s probably beyond DIY repair.. Full / complete professional *scan test* at minimum is required!
