What did you do to stop the D4 light from blinking?

a couple of things.does this happen only when the weather is hot?or if car is hot?if so it is a common problem on the early year hondas.the main relay,also called the fuel pump relay has cold solder joints inside the relay,but should not cause the D4 to flash.so you could also have another problem with the TCU,having burned resistors.when you turn the key to run,not start,the check engine light should come on and when it goes out,you shoud hear a click when it goes out.if no click,it ain"t starting. will it start when it is cool outside?or after car has cooled off?or will not start at all,anytime?
