Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) is possibly unhooked due to linkage rod, plastic retainer clip failure... Google it, you MIGHT be able to reattach it with a new clip... Now there are other possible causes for this but.. you should be able to manage that fix!...If in doubt, seek hands-on help or professional mechanic if needed!!
