Intake Manifold Runner Control is stuck open anyone have a clue how much this will cost to be fixed? And will it damage my car driving it 2 days with this code.

Use caution when pulling the vaccuum hoses from the actuator. When I found the split hose and tried to pull it off I ended up breaking the plastic part on the actuator. $ 140.00 later it was fixed.
