Water leak, after rain, drivers side, under dash, just behind the E break?

This only seems to occur after it rains, and this just started happening. The water collects on my WeatherTech floor-mats. Under dash on left side above the E break, there is some foam which usually gets soaked, then the water drips into the floor-mats. I can't see anything from the outside. No window replacement , all OEM. Any suggestions on how to find the leak?
