vibration occurs when AC is on

Wife is driving a 2008 RX 400h with 128K miles. After the car warms up good, she says there is a vibration occurring that is related to the AC being on. The AC is cold, but when she turns the AC off, the vibration goes away

Find out if just turning off the *blower fan* itself stops the vibration.

Possibly cabin blower fan is the culprit ... Also possibly the *radiator cooling fans* may have an imbalance issue - they also turn on when a/c is on. Good luck!
