Very scary shifting of the transmission

What is your question?

I have a Chrysler 200 2015 in cruise control is shift fast and then downshift for no reason it scares that sometimes and now we lost communication with the temperature air sensor

What makes this problem better or worse?

It doesn't matter if the engine is cold or hot

How long has your 2015 Chrysler 200 had this problem?

We got the vehicle in March of 2020
