Trouble code P0234 and the Engine runs perfect when the light is off and takes a

Does that mean the Turbo is Ok because the car runs fine when the light is Reset and goes like Hell and then goes into limp mode when the light comes on, Is it the Turbo control valve or what. Tell me your gut Feeling! Thanks

diag has to be done to be sure. it maybe turbo sensor or other isssues
